At ESI we believe in the value that both the Business Analyst and the Project Manager bring. We encourage both groups to understand each others role and appreciate the skills each brings. Good project management, structure and governance coupled with disciplined requirements gathering and management are key ingredients for a successful project. A successful project reflects on all the team.
The focus is on what a Business Analyst can do in their role to support the Project Manager and help them to understand what the Business Analyst has to offer. We also look at what Business Analysts can expect in return and strategies to ensure we get that.
Learning Objectives:
- Building a partnership with your Project Manager
- Fostering a team approach to Business Analysis.
