Group Discounts

Any group of 5 people or more registering from one organization for any parts of the conference are entitled to a group discount. Please call Kate @ +61 3 9261 4540  or email -kwarren@divexhibitions.com.au

IIBA members in good standing are eligible for the current Group Rate by using group code IIBA.

Secure Site
BusinessAnalystWorld: Symposium Series online registration is on a secure server. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100% safe. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and addresses so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Invoices

Invoices are prepared for group registrations only.   These are initiated by the group contact at your company.  

If you are part of a group which is being invoiced for all registrations, please be sure to contact the group organizer at your company prior to registering to ensure the proper procedure is followed.  If you are not sure who to contact, please call Kate @ +61 3 9261 4540 or email at kwarren@divexhibitions.com.au for further information.

If your company has been given a group discount code, but is not being invoiced, proceed to register on line using this code to receive the discounted pricing.  Payment is made by credit card. 

Conference Changes
BusinessAnalystWorld: Symposium Series reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason BusinessAnalystWorld: Symposium Series has to cancel a workshop or track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. BusinessAnalystWorld: Symposium Series will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

Confirmation of Registration and Receipts
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, which, if you have paid by credit card, includes your receipt, if you provide us with your e-mail address on your registration form. If you do not receive your e-mail confirmation, contact us at kwarren@divexhibitions.com.au.

Cancellations and Badge Transfers

Cancellations made in writing prior to June 15, 2008 will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of NZD100.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after June 15, 2008 are liable for the full fee.

Registrations received after March 28, 2008 are 100% non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred at any time without penalty.

The James Cook Hotel is delighted to offer you the following special conference accommodation rates for 28th & 29th July 2008:

Terrace Room

$174.37  incl GST

One double and one single bed, mini bar, shower over bath, dial up and broadband internet access, working desk, air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities.

Superior Room

$208.12  incl GST

Room with one king size bed or one queen bed and one single bed, couch, mini bar, shower over bath, bathrobe, slippers, dial up and broadband internet access, working desk, air conditioning, tea coffee making facilities.

Prices include GST tax of 12.5%

Rates quoted are per room, per night and based on single, double or twin occupancy.
