Managing stakeholders effectively during a business analysis assignment can be a difficult, and sometimes, a time consuming excercise. Some BA's mistake rapport building as a sign of quality commnication and an easier road in the pursuit of gathering quality requirements,

Equally, any signs of conflict or poor interpersonal connection, can be interpreted as a difficult stakeholder.
Whilst in many cases these assumptions are often correct, they should not seen as a reason to avoid the testing of assumptions and developing exceptional requirements documents for all projects.
This session explores the 13 dimensions of stakeholder management and how, with some simple tools, you can evaluate the relative input from stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
