Pam serves ThoughtWorks as a Business Analyst / Project Manager with ten years of experience in software development, implementation and integration projects. Pam has considerable experience in varied domains, covering retail, utilities, financial services and web directory services.
For the last 5 years, Pam has worked in Agile environments from small co-located teams through to the worlds largest agile Programme, dispersed across 3 continents. Pam’s most recent engagements have seen her act as Coach, mentor and advisor for organisational transformation programmes in large scale financial institutions.
