User Requirements – A Business Survival Strategy

Marcia will discuss the importance of getting user requirements right and will provide tips based on best practices to help you improve this process.  The focus of this discussion will be on using scenarios to make sure user requirements are complete and fully describe the user's expectations.  We will also discuss the importance of scenarios in the verification and validation phase.  Samples of scenarios will be used to describe the user requirements process.
