Bob is the process owner and project leader for the Express Scripts Inc. Business Analysis Center of Excellence. Bob is an accomplished presenter whose main focus recently has been on Centers of Excellence and BA Roles and Responsibilities. Bob has presented and trained company personnel on a wide range of topics including: Centers of Excellence, BA Best Practices, BA Roles and Responsibilities, Writing Requirements, Defining Goals, Working Smarter - not Harder, Effective Meetings, Conflict Resolution and others that earned him the IT Make IT Happen award for developing people in 2006. Bob is also the IIBA Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter President. Bob created the IIBA MSP outreach program and has presented at several local Twin Cities companies to promote the IIBA. Bob has two upcoming speaking engagements at 3M (BA Roles and Responsibilities) and the PDC conference this fall on BA Center of Excellence.

Angela has worked with BA leaders from a variety of companies in identifying and developing BA models, and identifying benefits and challenges within existing models.
