This session will focus on developing the skills required for effectively participating in a conversation – even if you’re the one not doing the all the talking!

Janine Lamm-Roy, Center of Excellence Lead for Business Analytics, Digineer, Inc.
Janine Lamm-Roy is the Center of Excellence Lead for Business Analytics with Digineer, Inc., a professional services consulting firm in the Twin Cities. Janine is a Senior Business Systems and Data Analyst who has developed BA Skills and Leadership training for a variety of organizations, including OptumHealth Behavioral Solutions, a division of United Health Group. Additionally, she has provided consulting services around SDLD development and requirements development for Prime Therapeutics and BlueCross BlueShield Minnesota, to name only a few. In her COE role for Digineer, Janine is responsible for the visioning of the BA practice, and the development of a team of senior Business Analysts.
