Beyond Visio:  Modeling More Than Just Process
Description Speaker(s)

When you start a new project, is there existing documentation regarding the business process it supports?  Is that documentation readily accessible or hidden in folders on someone’s desktop?  When you change a system or process, can you easily determine all the other systems and processes that are affected?  If these questions have you thinking about problems within your organization, come discover ways to promote process documentation from something you do “when you have the time” to a valuable asset in the organization’s portfolio!
