The presentation covers theory, application and practical examples of the creation and maintenance of a high performance team. Projects that are underway will be covered as well as mobilisation. Specific knowledge areas that are discussed are interpersonal skills, communication and roles and responsibilities. The application of human resource learning techniques and profiles such as Myers Briggs, HBDI and Blebin are also explored.
Case studies will be used to demonstrate the use of specific tools and techniques that foster positive team dynamics, the development of trust and a mutual understanding the relationship between analysis and project management.
The presentation will examine key areas in developing and executing the plan as a team and how to leverage the skill set of each team member and how to makes changes to influence the “off track” project.
A comparison of the key characteristics and differences between high performance, standard and sub performance will be explored.
