Group Discounts

Any group of 5 people or more registering from one organization for any parts of the conference are entitled to a group discount. Please call 888-443-6786 ext 228.

Members of the IIBA and the PMI are elgible to receive a group discount following the early bird period cut off date.  When registering, after September 12, please use the discount code  IIBA, or PMI.

Secure Site
BusinessAnalystWorld: Symposium Series online registration is on a secure server. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100% safe. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and addresses so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Invoices

Invoices are prepared for group registrations only.   These are initiated by the group contact at your company.  

If you are part of a group which is being invoiced for all registrations, please be sure to contact the group organizer at your company prior to registering to ensure the proper procedure is followed.  If you are not sure who to contact, please call Merry at 888-443-6786 ext.228 for further information.

If your company has been given a group discount code, but is not being invoiced, proceed to register on line using this code to receive the discounted pricing.  Payment is made by credit card. 

Conference Changes
BusinessAnalystWorld: Symposium Series reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason BusinessAnalystWorld: Symposium Series has to cancel a workshop or track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. BusinessAnalystWorld: Symposium Series will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

Confirmation of Registration and Receipts
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, which, if you have paid by credit card, includes your receipt, if you provide us with your e-mail address on your registration form. If you do not receive your e-mail confirmation, contact us at mclayton@divcomevents.com

Cancellations and Badge Transfers

Cancellations made in writing prior to September 26, 2008 will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $100.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after September 26, 2008 are liable for the full fee.

Registrations received after September 26, 2008 are 100% non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred at any time without penalty.
