Her expertise includes IT strategic planning, implementing IT portfolio management, leading technology and software-intensive projects, executive coaching, building and leading strategic project teams, and managing large complex programs. Ms. Hass has over 25 years experience providing professional consulting services to Federal agencies, the intelligent community, and various Fortune 100 companies. Certification include: SEI CMMI appraiser, Malcolm Baldrige Total Quality Award examiner, Zenger-Miller facilitator, and Project Management Institute Project Management Professional. Ms. Hass is one of the lead authors of the IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.
